Kryetari i LSDM-së, Zoran Zaev ka komentuar edhe pyetjet e gazetarëve se cili është roli i postit të ri të përcaktuar në Qeveri, që është zëvendëskryeministri i parë. Në këtë post do të jetë sekretari organizativ i Bashkimit Demokratik për Integrim, Artan Grubi. Lidhur me këtë Zaev theksoi se zv/kryeministri i parë është përgjegjës për ta zëvendësuar kryeministrin kur ai do të mungojë.
Ai ka mohuar zërat se kjo nënkupton federalizim të vendit. Zaevi shtoi se nuk ka asnjë lloj nënshkrim të lidhur, sepse ai do të jetë nënshkruesi i vendimeve si kryeministër.
Lideri socialdemokrat po ashtu shtoi se zv/kryeministri i parë do të jetë edhe si zgjidhje për koordinimin më të mirë midis dy partive kryesore të koalicionit LSDM dhe Bashkimi Demokratik për Integrim.
vetem federalizim apo kantonizim mes shqiptareve dhe maqedonve mund te prosperoj Maqedonia si nje Perberje me emrin Maqedonia e veriut por me dy bashkesi autonome te cilat duhet te vendosen ne kushtetut me ermrin e tashem te pranuar ,
e gjithe kjo do te jep mundesi dhe prosperitet te nje zhvillimi shume te madhe ne kete vend pa nje legjislature te qarte dhe nje legjislature juridiko-politike me te drejta te barabarta dhe koncensuale ne mese te dy etnive autoktone kurr nuk do realizohet drejtesi por vetem padrejtesi dhe destabilitet i pritshem ne qdo koh?
Ne kushtetuten e maqedonise do duhet kjarte te rregullohet qeshtja;
Maqedonia e Veriut eshte shtet i qytetarve te saj ,te cilen e perbejn dy etnit autoktone me numer te banoreve dhe hapsiren gjeografike te shtrirjes se saj, ato jane;Shqiptaret si etni autoktone dhe autonome , federale , kantonale ,apo kofederale dhe
Maqedonet si nje “etni” autonome ,federale , kontonale , apo konfederale ne kuader te perberjes se shtetit te quajtur Maqedonia e Veriut si dhe pakicat tjera qytetare
kjo do te perbente detyrimin e funksionimit te ketij shteti vetem ne keto kushte , ndryshe ai shtet qdo koh do te do te mund te shfaqen tendosje per shembje
only federalization or cantonization between Albanians and Macedonians can prosper Macedonia as a Composition called northern Macedonia but with two autonomous communities which should be placed in the constitution with the now accepted name,
all this will give opportunity and prosperity of a very big development in this country without a clear legislature and a juridical-political legislature with equal and consensual rights between the two autochthonous ethnicities, justice will never be achieved but only injustice and expected instability at any time?
The issue should be clearly regulated in the Macedonian constitution;
Northern Macedonia is a state of its citizens, which consists of two autochthonous ethnic groups with a population and the geographical area of its extension, they are; Albanians as autochthonous and autonomous ethnicity, federal, cantonal, or federal;
Macedonians as an autonomous, federal, county, or confederate “ethnicity” within the composition of the state called Northern Macedonia and other civic minorities
this would constitute the obligation of the functioning of this state only in these conditions, otherwise that state would at any time be able to show tensions for collapse
